Health Notes is an easy to use app that lets you create, edit and save notes. You can password-protect notes. Various fonts are available to choose from. Notes can be prioritized. You can insert image directly from camera into notes.

• Settings menu contains 6 different links back to the developer's site. Site links to at least 6 different versions of the same app. Just seems odd.

• Seemed good until the diary of migraines that I was keeping in it suddenly disappeared. I shouldn't have trusted its reliability.
