A simple mortgage calculator utility to quickly perform mortgage caluclations on the fly based on mortgage rate, length of mortgage, down payment amount,payment frequency, etc. Added two more fields tax and insurance for calculating pay amount.

• This program lets you put in the price and percentage down payment, then calculates the loan amount and payment. That is very useful.

• "Calculator: Mortgage Calculator" & "Karl's Mortgage calculator" are better, w/ tax & PMI. Karls is best but other has email function. this has none

• Easy to use. Add ability to set preferences on terms, loan amount, years etc. And I will give it a 4 add th ability to input ins/taxes and its a 5
